When I installed SPAMfighter a few months ago I had the toolbar, now it is gone ! I have reinstalled SPAMfighter but to no avail. Any ideas out there ?

I am sorry to hear SPAMfighter is not working properly for you, I should be able to help you find the problem.
If you have just reinstalled the newest version of SPAMfighter but do not see the toolbar, it may be that Outlook has deactivated SPAMfighter.
Please try this to make sure SPAMfighter is enabled:* Press "Help" from the Outlook drop down menu in the top of Outlook and select "About Microsoft Outlook". * A window pops up with a button called "Disabled Items". * Press the button and a list of programs Outlook has disabled will appear. If SPAMfighter is on the list: * Select it and press the "Enable" button.Close all windows and restart Outlook and SPAMfighter should work again.
If this does not allow SPAMfighter to work properly please let me know and I will help you further.

John, same issue but my email is not blocking or deactivating spam fighter. I di check as you suggested. This has happened before.
Need help please - have repaired, uninstalled, reinstalled-doesnt fix the issue. Pro version. latest update installed.

My tool bar disappears often. I have to uninstall and the download, reinstall. Its happened 8 times in the last three weeks and i can not get an answer on a permanent fix.
After years of reliability, I'm done and will cancel my paid pro. Support seems to have deteriated badly and i do not have time to keep fixong this issue.
Any help on fixong this PLEASE

John, that was not the issue. It disappears and does so often. I am no longer going to unininstall, download a brand new program and reinstall. * times in three weeks is way too much.

We have literally millions of people using SPAMfighter on PCs that are the same as yours. The missing toolbar issue may be with a program newly installed (or an old program that has newly updated) on your PC. In the last letter you sent to support you stated that you see a message:
" //document.body.removeChild(document.getElementById('loadFrame')); There is a loss of Dll or something preventing the spamfighter from linking in and starting, and remaining started. //document.body.removeChild(document.getElementById('loadFrame')); It turns off when Ichange my outlook sort and go back to the original sort as well."
Could you send me a copy of this error so I can look up the exact text and find the issue that prevents SPAMfighter from running on your PC?

I, and my costumers, have the same problem. I recommend to them Spamfighter and soem of them told me about this problem (outlook bar desapeared, not in the list of deactivated, not only hidden...).
Today it's happened to me.
What I have to do ???? I don't get any message and the bar isn't in VIEW--> TOOLBARS.
I should be able to help you get your toolbar back; can you tell me if you are using the same version of Outlook?
It is likely one of two things:
The first is that Outlook 2003 (Office) may not be updated.Please follow the guide on this page to update your Outlook: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/870924
If this does not fix the problem please try this:
