Hello,

I have been using SpamFighter non-PRO for quite a while now in my home-environment, but since I last installed it under Windows 7 w/ Outlook 2003 I get bothered with the "PRO expired" box. Now that would not be bad, but telling it that I want to keep using the free one is not possible because it fails to send. Message box says "An error occured ...",

I stumbelded over another post concerning this message and a tool to verify the connection.

I ran this tool and it came back with no connection issues, all "OK", but still I can't switch it. I don't have the money to go shopping at this time so any help would be appreciated here.

Thx for reading, hope this made sense in some way ^^

Hello;

I am sorry for the trouble, I checked your account from our end and attempted to change your SPAMfighter to the free version.

Could you please try restarting your PC and letting me know if the pop-up still asks you to make a selection?

If you see any error message when restarting please let me know the text of the error so I can look up the problem and help you further.

john
