When I'm installing the program, it asks me for my email and a password. After write both thing I click "next" but the program does not move forward so I cannot install it. What do I have to do ? I enabled windows firewall. I use Avast as antivrus and I enabled the Net shield and Web portection. I still cannot install Spamfighter.
Rowen....had the same problem 15.11.2009. Tried 4 times. Eventually sent an email to support@spamfighter.com and was surprised to get a reply in under an hour. They were very helpful and sent instructions on how to successfully download. Another email address to try is sales@spamfighter.com Without really knowing, I think the time of the day is important. The problem may be fixed by installing the newest version by clicking the link below, you should be able to install the newest version on top of your current version: http://download.spamfighter.com/download/pro/spamfighter.exe
Um alles zu instalieren müßte ich einen authentication key eingeben, leider weiss ich diesen nicht. Wie bekomme ich diesen Key?
