When I got this product I was using Windows Vista. I now have Windows 7. Since I changed the OS, after every time I scan and fix, all the words on my computer become symbols instead of letters. I have had to re-install Windows 7 each time. I have made many requests for a request for an explanation from the site's support. I have YET to receive a response. Can anyone help me?

I am sorry for the trouble.

We have many users who have Windows 7 and SLOW-Pcfighter with no issues. I have forwarded your case to our higher level support, we should be able to give you an answer shortly. I would suggest not trying to run another scan until we can give you more information about this unusual problem.

Thank you

I am sorry for the delay. I am conversing with our higher level support about the case and I have sent an email to you at the address registered with SLOW-PCfighter regarding the problems. Please let me know if you have not received it.

It looks as if there is something on your computer that blocks SLOW-PCfighter from continuing. However, I can not determine what it could be, so I will send the case to our developers so they can have a look.

Unfortunately I cannot tell how long it will take before they figure out what it is, on your computer, that is blocking SLOW-PCfighter. Therefore I suggest that we refund your money for the SLOW-PCfighter key you bought.

However, since SLOW-PCfighter is constantly under development we release a new version every couple of weeks with updates and improvements. So you are always welcome to try SLOW-PCfighter again, as our developers may find a solution that can circumvent the block which you are now experiencing.
