I keep getting this error and i have no idea why. My server will go for months and never get this error and then all of a sudden it will start and generate errors for like 2 weeks.
My server is working fine, i have rebooted and still same error that gets emailed to me.
Here is exactly what the error says over and over
"20100319 5:58:03 CommunityFilter has failed to connect to backend 50 times. This could be caused by a network problem or some entity (router, firewall etc.) blocking the traffic.
Help!!!!
I hope the problem has been resolved but if not please email semsupport@spamfighter.com and they will be able to look into this case personally and help find the problem.

Thank you for sharing... I want to share this to you... About the domain name and hosting services.. Then i got my domain name as an international one with free hosting services from this site http://www.tucktail.com/ got @ lowest costs only.
Does the server's error log/event viewer/security alerts show any other occurrence(s) on 03/19/2010 @ 5:58?
I'm having the exact same problem. Every night at 11:55pm i get an email telling me my Exchange Server cannot connect to the Community Filter...
I can log into the server and run the SpamFighter Connectivity Tool and it Passes both tests every night. Whats going on? Is there some registry fix that is stuck that i need to reset? Is there a patch you can send me to fix this. Its very annonying and frustrating.

Please open port 2409 TCP (not just UDP) in the firewall.
Best regards, Mihai Roman SPAMfighter.com
I have both 2409 TCP and UDP open through my firewall. And even if i didn't have TCP 2409 open, the Connecitivy Tool should TELL ME i don't have it open. it shouldn't say PASS and lead me to believe my connectivity is working correctly.
Normally 2409 TCP is not needed - it is only used if there are certain network problems and the program cannot connect the normal way.
