Hi,
I downloaded the free scan version and decided not to purchase. When trying to uninstall either through the program or Windows I get the message: "This installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package."
SLOW-PCfighter starts up but just won't uninstall.
Please let me know what I need to do to uninstall the software.

It sounds like the program may be running, you may need to close out SLOW-PCfighter and then try this:
Please try this in order to solve your problem with SLOW-PCfighter:* Go to Start -> All Programs -> Fighters -> SLOW-PCfighter -> Uninstall.* Uninstall SLOW-PCfighter using the guide which opens.
If you get the error could you send us a screenshot?
How to take a screenshot:While you have the message you want to capture displayed on your screen, please do the following:* Press "Print Screen" on your keyboard to capture the screen (the key can also be named: "Prt Scr" and is usually located to the right of your F12 key)* Select "Start" -> "Programs" -> "Accessories" -> "Paint"* Press "Ctrl" + "V" to paste the screenshot into "Paint"If you receive a message that says: "The image in the clipboard is larger than the bitmap. Thank you John. I got a email from support which stated I should download the latest free version and then try the uninstall. I did and it worked.
