Unable to retrieve invoice from Spamfighter

After reinstalling Spamware Pro from backup after a rootkit disaster (BSOD & complete reload) I began getting notices that my "trial version" was expiring. Apparently I need to reinstall with the original key.

 I no longer have the electronic invoice and product key, but It would be easy for Spamfighter to reproduce this data from my purchase information. Unfortunately, I am unable to get past the FAQ Barrier. Due to the inane and useless responses I have received for a month, its clear that tech support is pretty much automated and  nobody actually reads e-mail. 

I could use the equipment where I work to automatically post this legitimate complaint on 25,000 technical forums, but that seems a bit drastic. Does anyone know of a less extreme way to get their attention?

I am sorry to hear you lost your invoice. I have reviewed the emails you have sent to support, each was personally answered within 24 hours. Nowhere in the messages you have sent to us is there a request for a copy of your invoice. I apologize for any confusion but our supporters were trying to help you with the technical aspect of reinstalling SPAMfighter. Had you asked for the key to be resent, it would have been sent immediatly.


I have sent a copy of your invoice along with your product key to the first email address you have listed in your post. You may want to print out the invoice or otherwise backup a copy of your key.

We read and respond to every email sent to us, in addition we host this public forum to help anyone who may be having an issue with spam email.
