Spamfighter stopped working

I have been using spamfighter for quite a while now, and it usually works great.  I have installed the exchange server module on my server at my small business, and even though i run an exchange server at home, I can't justify paying the SEM fee for my one mailbox so i use the free version at home.

Nothing notable has changed on my system.  I use outlook 2003 to connect to my exchange account.  The spamfighter toolbar is running.  When i do get a spam message, I can click the block button and it is moved to the spamfighter folder.  I checked the options dialog, and it is set to always check exchange messages upon arrival.  I tried to uninstall/reinstall spamfighter and there was no improvement.  I did verify network connectivity, and that it can access the spamfighter servers.  No spam messages are getting automatically checked and moved to the spamfighter folder.

Any help would be appreciated.  What troubleshooting steps can i perform to help fix this problem?

Could you please email semsupport@spamfighter.com regarding this issue? They may need the diagnostic files from your install to get the information they need about your account in order to find a solution to the problem.
